Cancellation policy and No-Show Policy.

At Novirra LLC, we value the time and commitment of every client. In order to maintain the highest standard of service and ensure availability for all clients, we have established the following Cancellation and No-Show Policy. By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
1. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least twenty-four (24) hours’ advance notice. This allows us to offer your reserved time to another client and maintain the efficiency of our scheduling.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice may result in the application of a cancellation fee.
2. No-Show and Late Arrival Policy
A no-show occurs when a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice or communication. Arriving more than ten (10) minutes after the scheduled appointment time without notice may also be classified as a no-show at the discretion of our staff.
In the event of a no-show or late arrival without communication, a non-refundable fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) will be charged to the client’s account. This fee must be paid in full prior to booking any future appointments.
3. Emergencies and Special Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In genuine emergencies, Novirra LLC may, at its sole discretion, waive the cancellation or no-show fee. Clients must notify the office as soon as reasonably possible to request consideration for such exceptions.
4. Communication
Prompt communication is essential. If you anticipate being late or require a schedule adjustment, please contact our office immediately at (614) 233-1117. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, subject to appointment availability.
5. Repeated Policy Violations
Clients with multiple cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals may be subject to booking restrictions or denial of future services. Enforcement of these limitations will be determined on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Novirra LLC.
6. Respect and Professional Courtesy
Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and respect for all clients and providers. Adhering to this policy helps us maintain availability, consistency, and a high level of care for every individual we serve.
