All services are rendered subject to availability and at the discretion of our staff. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services to any client at any time for any reason, including but not limited to safety, conduct, or noncompliance with policies.

2. Appointments and Bookings

Scheduling: Appointments may be made through our website, by phone, or in person. A valid payment method may be required to secure your reservation.
Cancellations: Clients are required to provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made with insufficient notice may incur a cancellation fee as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
Late Arrivals: Clients arriving late may have their session shortened or rescheduled at the discretion of staff. Full payment for the originally scheduled service remains due.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are due in full at the time of service. We accept various forms of payment as indicated at the time of booking. Prices for services and products are subject to change without prior notice.

4. SMS Messaging and Client Consent

By voluntarily providing your phone number and opting into our SMS communications, you consent to receive messages related to appointment reminders, confirmations, and client support. Message frequency may vary, and standard carrier rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message or contacting us directly.

5. Health and Safety

Clients are required to disclose all relevant health and medical information prior to receiving any treatment. Certain services may not be appropriate for individuals with specific medical conditions. Treatments are available only to clients eighteen (18) years of age or older.

6. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

By participating in any treatment or service provided by Novirra LLC, you acknowledge and accept that all procedures carry inherent risks. Novirra LLC and its employees shall not be held liable for any injury, adverse reaction, or damage resulting from your participation in our services. Clients agree to follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided to ensure safety and effectiveness.
